If someone we know is being harmed or is having a problem harming others and/or themselves, it may be very helpful to seek support from experts to help you help others and yourself. If you see or hear something that is not ok, it is critical when you perceive it to be safe, to SPEAK UP while responding with empathy and compassion. Silence perpetuates the violence. Please have THE GUTS TO SPEAK UP. It takes everyone to build the world we want to live in.
In the case of an emergency dial 911. If you or someone you know is having a problem, getting help may reduce the chances of future harm.
